Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping at Bellara. Below you'll find everything you need to know about how we process and ship your order.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all 50 US states. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or US territories at this time.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

During high-volume periods (sales, holidays), processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.

Shipping Time and Costs

Standard shipping: 6–12 business days after processing.

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Please note: total delivery time = processing time + shipping time.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to become active after you receive it.

If you haven't received your tracking number within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@try-bellara.com.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us at support@try-bellara.com as soon as possible. We can update the address as long as the order has not yet shipped.

Delays

Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, or high shipping volumes. We appreciate your patience and will do our best to keep you informed.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please:

  1. Check around your delivery location (porch, mailbox, with neighbors)
  2. Wait 48 hours — packages are sometimes marked as delivered before they arrive
  3. Contact us at support@try-bellara.com if it still hasn't arrived

If your package is confirmed lost in transit, we will send you a free replacement or issue a full refund.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund.
