Refund policy

At Bellara, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to help. Please read our policy below.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
  • Have all original tags attached
  • Have the hygiene liner intact (for intimate apparel and shapewear)
  • Be returned in its original packaging

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of items that have been worn, washed, or show signs of use.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@try-bellara.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions and the return shipping address.

Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).

Exchanges

Need a different size? We're happy to help. Contact us at support@try-bellara.com within 30 days of delivery, and we'll guide you through the exchange process. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will offer you a free replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs — no need to return the item unless requested.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted
  3. Contact your bank — there is often processing time before a refund appears

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order free of charge as long as it has not yet been shipped. Once your order has shipped, it will be treated as a standard return.
